Go the extra mile to improve on your training in our dedicated Handstands & Flexibility class. Deepen the stretch in all your muscles to get a full body stretch, whether you’re recovering from injury, wanting to keep up overall body health or if you’re longing to find your inner contortionist. Learn the proper techniques to hold a handstand and level up with all the hand balances that come from a basic handstand. You’ll be surprised how great of a workout you’ll get from active stretching and building on your balancing techniques.
