Aerial Hoop (Ring) or Lyra is not only a great way to get a full body workout, it can be elegant and shows off amazing lines while still offering the excitement of silks. You don’t need any previous aerial experience, as you will start off at your own pace. Beginners will learn moves from the bottom bar or below the hoop and how to engage arm and core strength to invert and enter the hoop. More advanced students will expand on their flexibility, and learn drops and spins from there!
